Publisher Terms of Service
Last updated: December 08, 2025
1. Introduction
OSS Lab is an operational-intelligence publication created for Amazon operators, account managers, and sellers who rely on clarity, pattern recognition, and field-tested guidance to protect revenue and prevent operational failures.
By subscribing, you gain access to insights derived from real Amazon cases handled inside the arena, not theory.
These Terms of Service govern access to both Free and Premium OSS Lab content.
2. Subscriber Responsibilities
By subscribing to OSS Lab, you agree to:
2.1 Use insights responsibly
OSS Lab offers operational intelligence for educational and strategic purposes. You are responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the content.
2.2 Keep subscription access private
Access, especially to Premium content, is individual. You may not:
Share Premium posts, screenshots, diagnostics, archives, or case files
Reproduce or distribute Premium insights
Provide access to others using your subscription
2.3 Maintain respectful communication
Any interaction within OSS Lab platforms must remain professional, constructive, and respectful. We reserve the right to restrict access for abusive or harmful conduct.
2.4 Comply with laws and platform rules
Subscribers must follow Amazon’s policies, local regulations, and Substack’s Terms of Use when applying OSS Lab content.
3. Content Usage
3.1 Free Subscriber Content Usage
Free subscribers receive:
A quick look at each Amazon case: what broke and one actionable takeaway
You may:
Share public links to free posts
Quote brief excerpts (1–2 sentences) with proper attribution
You may not copy full free posts into external materials or imply endorsement by OSS Lab.
3.2 Paid Subscriber Content Usage
Paid subscribers receive exclusive access to:
Full Amazon case breakdowns
Step-by-step diagnostics and solutions
The complete archive of cases we’ve diagnosed and solved
Because Premium content contains proprietary operational frameworks and live-field intelligence, you may not:
Reproduce, forward, or distribute Premium posts in any format
Share screenshots, PDFs, notes, or internal frameworks
Use OSS Lab insights to create competing content, consulting products, or training programs
Reference Premium material publicly without explicit written permission
Premium access grants use, not ownership, of the material.
3.3 Intellectual Property
All OSS Lab content, including case analyses, diagnostics, frameworks, escalation logic, emails, and visual materials, is the intellectual property of OSS Lab / Online Seller Solutions.
Subscribers receive a license to view content, not to republish or redistribute it.
4. Privacy
OSS Lab collects only the information required to deliver the publication, manage accounts, and process payments (handled securely by Substack and its partners).
We do not sell subscriber data. We use subscriber information solely for:
Delivering free or premium editions
Billing and account communication
Improving the publication’s relevance and performance
For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our publication, platform, or legal requirements.
When updates occur, we will:
Publish the revised Terms on our website or Substack page
Notify subscribers via email or platform notification
Continued use of OSS Lab indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
